The use of high rigid ballscrew/nut pair drive to both cross and longitudinal relizes cutter alignment ata a time for roller machining with multi-hole automatic precision positioning continous machining. The machine has given up complete change of swivel cutting type milling and fly cutting type milling head to realize crecent slot and letter, pattern machining. New style quick change coinstruction between fly cutter slot notching mechanism and swivel high speed engraving milling head is utilized. New funtional construction on fly cutter drive, positioning clamping and support for high effciency , stability and reliability.
It can cut crescent slot in any equally(unequally) divide grauation or blcnk along the circumference direction of the roller while automatically engrave and mill any kind of marks without need to allign the cutter again;
